Huawei has today announced its MediaPad 2 Tablet which was spotted last month. This 8-inch MediaPad 2 comes with ClariVu display technology and powered by a 2GHz Kirin 930 64-bit Octa-Core processor. The tablet is slim and has nearly bezel less design. Overall it is an attractive Android Tablet.
The unibody metal design and dual stereo speakers with harman/kardon audio, makes it more impressive. The company says that it has added HIFI Codec Hi6402 for signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 114dB, Smart Power Amplifier (PA) and Clari-Fi real audio technology to provide better audio experience on this tab.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of Internal Storage with expandable memory of 128GB via microSD. It runs the latest Android 5.1 Lollipop Operating System with Emotion UI 3.1 and packs 8MP rear auto focus camera with LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera.
Huawei says that the MediaPad M2 will be firstly on sale in China, Western Europe and the South Pacific. After which it will reach Russia, North and Eastern Europe with Japan. The company is yet to announce the pricing details.
