Sony has launched a new low-cost Android smartphone in the Indian
market. The interesting thing to note about the new Xperia E4G
smartphone is that it features 4G LTE connectivity option and has been
priced at Rs. 13,290.
To remind you, Xperia E4G is a variant of Sony’s previously
launched Xperia E4 smartphone which is available for Rs. 12,490. The
smartphone comes with a 4.7-inch qHD display screen, powered by 1.5GHz
MediaTek MT6372 quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of Internal
Storage, running Android 4.4 KitKat Operating System with 5MP rear
camera and a 2300 mAh battery. It also includes a 2MP front facing
camera.
At this price, Sony Xperia 4Ge will be competing with Moto E 2nd Gen
4G snmartphone which is on sale in India for Rs. 7,999. Other
alternative includes Lenovo A6000 and A6000 Plus.
