Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi router launched with 6TB storage, starting at $133


Xiaomi, China’s very popular smartphone vendor has launched a new Mi Wi-Fi router in the Chinese market. Simply called as Mi Wi-Fi, this router packs impressive features at attractive price tag. The company believes that it is capable of offering great speed and is a lot better than other routers in the market.

The amazing thing about Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi router is that it has 6TB in-built memory. So, you can store movies videos, photos and anything you like. It also includes PCB dual-antenna array with the support of 802.11ac Wi-Fi. You can even store surveilliance videos in the storage provided inside this router. There are currently two different models of Mi Wi-Fi router to choose from, one comes with 1TB storage and another one comes with 6TB storage. Xiaomi says that it is the first router to feature Broadcom 4709c dual-core 1.4GHz processor.

And for those who are thinking about the storage. The stuffs which you are going to store in this router can be easily access by any Android and iOS devices. The company will provide an app for both of these platforms.

The price of Mi Wi-Fi router with 1TB storage is 699 yuan, which is $113 and 2,999 yuan, which is $484 for 6TB version. They will be on sale on Xiaomi’s official website starting June 18.
No details when it will be coming to the Indian market.
